Customer Appreciation Weekend FAQs What are the days of the event? Nov. 25th, 26th, and 27th. This is the Fri, Sat., and Sun. after thanksgiving. Are your store hours going to be the same during the weekend? Yes, aside from being closed on thanksgiving we will be Open 10am-6:30pm all three days. Can I do trade in’s during this event? Sorry, but due the volume of expected costumers and the fact that we use the same computer for selling as receiving, we unfortunately can’t accept trade-ins during Customer Appreciation Weekend. Can I use existing store credit and gift certificates during the event? Yes you can! Can I buy a $25 gift certificate to get the free $5 certificate? No, gift certificates and consignment art are excluded from this deal. When can I use the free $5 gift certificates? The free $5 gift certificates are good for next year starting January 3^rd2017 until Dec. 31 2017 Is there a maximum to the amount of $5 certificates I can earn? There is no maximum, so if you spend $500 you will get 20 certificates which amounts to $100 back. If you spend $5000 you’ll get $1000 back in certificates. Does the $25 spent include tax? $25 has to be spent before tax, give or take a penny What are the free samples of? Free samples will include multiple flavors of hi-chew and Pocky! Will there be any Tote bags and samples if I come late on Sunday? We have a lot of supply but, just to cover our butts, Tote bags and samples will be while supplies last. What are the raffle prizes? We will raffle off 3 prizes, The 2014 Racing Miku 1/7^th scale figure (retail value $239.99), The Arcadia Battleship figure from Captain Harlock (retail value $249.99), An authentic Japanese Kimono with obi and accessories (retail value $199.99) Total value of Raffle Prizes is almost $700 before tax. When will the raffles be drawn? Prizes will be drawn end of Event, Sun. Nov. 27^th 6:30pm Winners not be present will be notified on or before Tues. Nov. 29^th. Can I win more than one raffle prize? For the sake of fairness only one prize will be awarded to any person. How many raffle tickets can I get? Raffle entries are 1 per customer per day for a maximum of 3 possible entries. Customers must spend at least $25 dollars per day to qualify.
